Ecotone Freshwater Consultants CC was established in 2008 to provide specialist aquatic ecological services to the mining, agricultural, industrial and tourism sectors. The company was formed with the view of offering services related to Integrated Water Resource Management, in order to assist clients with focused freshwater ecology and water quality studies.

Keeping Integrated Water Resource Management in mind we offer technical and specialist services in a number of fields. These include wetland ecology, aquatic ecology, aquatic health, biomonitoring, ecotoxicology and water quality. While our primary focus is freshwater ecology and aquatic monitoring,  we have grown to expand our services in other ecological fields.

We partner with a diverse and dynamic array of ecological specialists and now offer an expansive suite of ecological services in the fields of zoology, botany, hydrology, soil, GIS modelling, aerial surveying and mapping.
